Combine the strawberries and sugar together, and let sit for 30 minutes, or until they get nice and juicy. Once juicy, use a food process or blender to puree them.
In a small saucepan heat the milk over medium low heat. Add the chocolate, and stir until melted. Stir in the strawberries. Simmer for a few minutes until everything is well blended.
Pour through a strainer to remove the seeds before serving. Garnish with marshmallows or whipped cream.
