Taco Pinwheels
Taco pinwheels
are an easy party snack or game day appetizer that you can make ahead of time. Serve these with salsa for dipping!

Ingredients

oz
cream cheese

cup
sour cream

packet
taco seasoning
or
homemade
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
½
cup
black olives
sliced

green onions
thinly sliced

8-inch flour tortillas
Instructions
In a bowl blend together cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning until smooth and well combined.
8 oz cream cheese,
½ cup sour cream,
1 packet taco seasoning
Add cheese, olives and green onions and mix until well incorporated.
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese,
½ cup black olives,
4 green onions
Spread mixture evenly over the 5 tortillas, leaving about a ½ inch border around the edge. Roll tightly into a log.
5 8-inch flour tortillas
Place in the fridge for at least an hour to set up before slicing.
Remove from the fridge, trim off the ends, and slice into about 1 inch pinwheels.
Notes
Don’t like black olives? Use black beans or tomatoes.
Add jalapeno for spice.
Serve with
salsa
for dipping.
