Ingredients

pound
carrots
peeled and stem removed

Tablespoon
olive oil
¼
teaspoon
kosher salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper

unsalted butter
melted
1
teaspoon
prepared pesto sauce
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
Cut the carrots into ½ inch slices. Toss the carrot slices in the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the carrots directly into the air fryer basket.
½ pound carrots,
1 Tablespoon olive oil,
¼ teaspoon kosher salt,
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through.
While the carrots are cooking, mix together the butter and pesto.
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter,
1 teaspoon prepared pesto sauce
When the carrots are cooked, toss in the butter sauce and serve.
