Artichoke Jalapeno Dip
Copycat version of a Costco favorite. Creamy, a little spicy, and delicious. Great served warm or cold.

Artichoke hearts
drained

jalapeno
seeded and chopped

clove
garlic

cream cheese

mayo
1/2

Parmesan cheese
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Add the artichokes to the bowl of a food processor. Process until coarsely chopped.
14 oz Artichoke hearts
Add the chopped jalapeno and clove of garlic, and pulse until finely chopped.
1 jalapeno,
1 clove garlic
Add remaining ingredients, and process until well combined.
8 oz cream cheese,
1/2 cup mayo,
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Let sit at least an hour before serving.
Serve warm or cold with pita chips, tortilla chips, crackers or veggies
