Ingredients
4
boneless skinless chicken breasts
pounded to an even thickness
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese
1
cup
Caesar dressing
1/4
cup
Italian style panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Season chicken evenly with black pepper. Arrange in a casserole dish in an even layer.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken.
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Spread the dressing evenly over the top of the chicken.
1 cup Caesar dressing
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs over the top.
1/4 cup Italian style panko breadcrumbs
Bake for about 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Turn on the broiler and cook for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a full-fat creamy Caesar dressing. Light dressings are more likely to separate in the oven.
Boneless skinless chicken thighs can be used in place of breasts; start checking at about 25 minutes.
For chicken tenders, start checking at about 15 minutes.
Mozzarella or provolone can be used in place of or with the Parmesan. Crushed Caesar croutons can replace the panko.
Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven until warmed through.
