This satisfying breakfast pizza recipe combines all of your favorite breakfast foods on top of a crispy pizza crust. Baking this pizza in a sheet pan makes it super easy!
Preheat oven to 425º F. Grease or spray a large sheet pan with non-stick spray, and sprinkle evenly with cornmeal. Set aside.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage, breaking it apart into small pieces for 6-7 minutes until it is cooked through. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to collect the grease
10 oz breakfast sausage
Open the tube of pizza dough and spread it onto the prepared pan. Roll or use your hands to spread it into about a 14x10-inch rectangle. Use a fork to poke holes over the top of the crust. Bake the crust for 7 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl beat the eggs together with the milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until lightly scrambled. Remove from the heat.

Once the crust is golden brown, remove it from the oven. Spread the country gravy over the top to act as the sauce. Top with sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese.

Bake for 8-9 more minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and slice to serve.
