Chicken Caesar Wraps
Chicken Caesar Wraps - turn classic Chicken Caesar Salad into the perfect quick and easy lunch or dinner. Wraps are great to make ahead or have ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/3 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper
- 1 clove garlic grated
Instructions
- If you are making your own Caesar dressing combine all of the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and creamy.1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon olive oil, 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon anchovy paste, 1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper, 1 clove garlic
- Combine lettuce, chicken, Parmesan cheese and tomatoes in a large bowl and toss together.2 cups cooked chicken, 4 cups Romaine lettuce, 1/3 cup shaved Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- Add Caesar dressing and mix until everything is evenly coated.1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- Divide mixture evenly among the flour tortillas, fold in the sides and roll up like a burrito.4 large flour tortillas
- Cut the wraps in half and serve or follow the storage instructions if you are making ahead.
Notes
You can use store bought Caesar dressing in place of homemade.
Optional - add 1/2 cup croutons. Great if you are using grilled or rotisserie chicken.
