Chicken Caesar Wraps – turn classic Chicken Caesar Salad into the perfect quick and easy lunch or dinner. Wraps are great to make ahead or have ready in just 15 minutes!

I love to make wraps for lunch. This Crunchy Southwest Chicken Wrap is one of my all time favorites. They are so easy to make ahead to bring to work or school. Or you can make them in just 15 minutes for a quick and easy dinner!

My family loves Chicken Caesar Salad and this takes those classic flavors and wraps it in a tortilla for a handheld meal that you can have any time of the day.

This is one of those meals you can get on the table in just minutes, and on nights that you have nothing planned. It is a great use of leftover chicken, frozen chicken tenders, chicken breasts, rotisserie chicken or just about any form of chicken you may have.

I like to use crispy chicken tenders so you get the crispiness of a crouton, without adding actual croutons to the mix. But if you have grilled chicken you can add a few croutons to the mix to get all the flavors you know and love.

What’s In Chicken Caesar Wraps

  • Flour Tortillas – or your favorite flavored wraps
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Cooked Chicken – any kind of chicken works great (chicken strips, rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken etc)
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Caesar Dressing – homemade or store bought
  • Cherry Tomatoes

Cherry tomatoes aren’t a classic Caesar salad ingredient, but I love how they add just a little sweetness and color to the wraps. Adding a few croutons to the mix is a great way to add crunch as well if you are using rotisserie or grilled chicken.

How To Make Chicken Caesar Wraps

Be sure to scroll down to the actual recipe card to get the detailed instructions and measurements.

  1. Combine lettuce, chicken, Parmesan cheese and tomatoes in a large bowl and toss together.
  2. Add Caesar dressing and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Divide mixture evenly among the flour tortillas, fold in the sides and roll up like a burrito.
  4. Cut the wraps in half and serve or follow the storage instructions if you are making ahead.

Storage

You can definitely make these wraps ahead of time and store in the fridge. Tightly wrap each Caesar wrap in foil or plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. They are great to send in a lunchbox to school or work!

What To Serve With Chicken Caesar Wraps

These wraps are ready in no time, and can be even quicker if you use store bought Caesar dressing or leftover chicken. It is also great to double or triple if you need to feed a crowd!

If you want to add croutons to get the whole Caesar salad experience, making Homemade Croutons makes it over the top delicious! So much better than store bought ones. And if you have leftover Caesar dressing it is perfect for this Baked Caesar Chicken.
