Lately I am a huge fan of chicken wraps.  This Crunchy Southwestern Chicken Wraps is one of my favorites.  But today I decided to put an Asian spin on these.  Because peanut sauce and Thai flavors are always a good idea!  Chicken Satay Stir Fry is an easy dinner idea so why no lunch?

Thai peanut sauce is great in so many different forms.  You can have Thai peanut noodles that are loaded with veggies and ready in just minutes. You get all the flavors of peanut sauce you love with a comforting bowl of pasta.

I love that with these Asian Chicken Wraps I can make a batch of the peanut sauce at the beginning of the week and then just assemble a wrap in a few minutes on a busy weekday.

Frozen chicken tenders make these wraps really easy, just throw them in the toast oven or air fryer for a few minutes.  Works great with rotisserie chicken or any leftover chicken you have as well.

Recipe Tips & Tricks

  • I like to use broccoli slaw in recipes lately. It is super crunchy and holds up well to a sauce.  These Honey Sesame Chicken Salad Wraps are another great use for it. But you can use whatever greens or coleslaw type mix you like.
  • Mix up the peanut sauce in a liquid measuring cup. It makes it really easy to measure, mix and store any leftovers.
  • Add veggies. If you want to add more veggies go for it. The slaw has some carrots and broccoli, but you could add bell peppers or snap peas or whatever you like.
  • Sauce. The sauce will last for a few days in the fridge if you want to make it ahead. Just let it warm up a little, it will thicken as it sits in the fridge.
