Add chicken and onions to the hot pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is browned and the onions are soft
1/4 cup onion
Add garlic and cook for 1 minutes
2 garlic cloves
Stir in tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and remaining 2 tsp creole seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the sauce starts to thicken.
1 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Add pasta and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can use canned diced tomatoes if fresh tomatoes are not in season.
