Crescent Roll Pizza
Cheesy, easy
crescent roll pizza
is the perfect dinner or party snack! There’s zero kneading or rise time, and the crust turns out deliciously crispy and golden. Just add your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

Pillsbury crescent dough sheet
½
cup
pizza sauce
1 ½
cup
shredded Mozzarella cheese
1
cup
pepperoni slices
non-stick spray

cornmeal
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375º F. Prepare a half sheet pan by spraying with non-stick spray and sprinkle cornmeal evenly over the top. Set aside.

Open the roll of dough, and spread onto a half sheet baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes to partially cook the crust.

Remove from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Top with an even layer of cheese and arrange the pepperoni over the top.
½ cup pizza sauce,
1 ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese,
1 cup pepperoni slices
Return to the oven and bake for 13-15 more minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
Remove from the oven and cut into slices to serve.
Notes
Use any toppings you like (sausage, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
If you can’t find sheets, use regular crescent roll dough and pinch together the seams to form one sheet of dough.
