In the base of your crockpot whisk together chicken gravy packets with chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, and salt black pepper until smooth.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and nestle them into the gravy mixture.
Put the lid on and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through with an internal temperature of 165º F.
Remove the chicken from the crockpot. Stir in sour cream to the gravy mixture.
Use forks to shred the chicken and then add it back to the crockpot to coat in the gravy.
