chicken breasts

taco seasoning

15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1
4 0z can diced green chiles
1
cup
frozen corn kernels

cream cheese

Instructions
Pour the beans, diced tomatoes, green chiles and corn into the bottom of your crock pot.
Arrange the chicken over the top and sprinkle with the taco seasoning.
Break the cream cheese into a couple of pieces and place over the top.
Put on the lid and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked.
Remove the chicken from the crockpot and use forks to shred into pieces.
Stir the chicken back into the sauce until everything is combined and the cream cheese is completely melted.
Add just a little lime juice to brighten the flavor and serve.
