Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin - a flavorful marinade with lemon juice and fresh herbs makes this grilled pork tenderloin super moist and tender. Great on chicken and fish too!
Combine everything but the meat together. Mix well. Pour 3/4 cup of the marinade into a ziploc bag, add the pork. Squish around so all the pork is covered.
Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours. Cover and save the remaining marinade to baste the meat while grilling.
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Coat the grill rack with oil. Place pork on grill and cook for 25-35 minutes, until a thermometer reads 145 degrees, basting with the reserved marinade.
Remove from the grill and cover for 5 minutes to let rest. Thinly slice to serve
