Homemade Coleslaw
This easy
homemade coleslaw
is crispy, crunchy, creamy, and the perfect side dish to just about any meal. Shredded cabbage tossed with a sweet and tangy dressing that works well on burgers, tacos, or to enjoy on its own.

Ingredients

cups
green cabbage
finely shredded

cups
purple cabbage
finely shredded

shredded carrots
Coleslaw Dressing
1/2
cup
mayo
1
Tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
2
teaspoons
sugar
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
yellow mustard
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder
1/2
teaspoon
celery seed
Instructions
Mix together all of the coleslaw dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
1/2 cup mayo,
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar,
2 teaspoons sugar,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon yellow mustard,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
1/2 teaspoon onion powder,
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Add shredded cabbage and carrots and mix until combined and everything is evenly coated.
3 cups green cabbage,
2 cups purple cabbage,
1 cup shredded carrots
Cover with and place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
