In a large skillet brown the Italian sausage over medium high heat, breaking apart into small pieces, until no longer pink. Drain away the excess grease.
1 pound Italian Sausage
Mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.
8 oz cream cheese, 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1 cup cheddar cheese
Place in a slow cooker/crock pot for 3-4 hours until hot. Or place in a baking dish and cook at 350º F for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
