at home, just like your favorite sandwich shop! Complete with a vinegar dressing and all the fresh toppings you desire!

Ingredients
Red Wine Vinaigrette

red wine vinegar

Grated Parmesan cheese

minced garlic

dried oregano

For Sandwiches

salami

pepperoni

slices
deli ham

slices
sliced provolone cheese
Toppings
Iceberg Lettuce
Sliced Tomato
Thinly Sliced Red Onions
Pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
Make Vinaigrette
Add all of the ingredients to a jar or container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well, for 30-60 seconds to completely combine.
To Assemble The Subs
Open the buns and arrange them on the counter in front of you.
Spread about 2 teaspoons of the vinaigrette over each side of the buns.
Layer with salami, pepperoni, ham and cheese.
Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, thinly sliced onions and peppers.
Close the subs. Wrap in parchment paper and slice if half if desired.
Notes
If making ahead, do not add fresh veggies until ready to serve. Wrap in parchment paper and store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
