To make the crust mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butte and sugar until well combined. Pour into pie plate, and press firmly against the sides.
1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers, 1/3 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar
Bake for 8 minutes, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice and egg yolks until smooth and very well combined.
1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice, 3 egg yolks
Pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge until it is chilled.
Top with Whipped Cream if desired and slice to serve.
