olive oil

Dijon mustard

cloves
garlic

salt

dried oregano

black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425º F.
In a small bowl mix together olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt, oregano and black pepper until it is well combined.
3 Tabespoons olive oil,
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard,
2 cloves garlic,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano,
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops. and place in an oven safe baking dish.
4 boneless pork chops
Bake for 15 minutes for until meat thermometer is 145º F. The time will depend on the thickness of your pork chops.
