Ingredients

pappardelle pasta
1
Tablespoon
olive oil
1
pound
mushrooms
chopped
2
shallots
finely chopped
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper

jar
24 oz Classico Vodka Sauce
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil, and cook pappardelle pasta according to package directions.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil, swirling to coat.
Add mushrooms and shallots. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the mushrooms start to brown.
Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour pasta sauce over mushroom mixture. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
Serve topped with shredded Parmesan cheese if desired.
