Ingredients

Brownies

2 oz unsweetened chocolate melted
1/3 cup canola oil any neutral flavored oil
1 cup granulated sugar
2 whole large eggs
3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Toppings

1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped candy (chopped peanut butter cups, snickers, 3 Musketeers etc.)
1/4 cup Reese's Pieces or M&M's for color

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a 9 inch spring form pan with parchment paper, or grease liberally.
In a bowl mix together oil and melted chocolate until smooth. Beat in eggs and sugar until the egg is fully incorporated.
Add the flour and salt and mix until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mainly clean. Be careful not to over bake.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the brownies. Let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle remaining candy over the top.
Let cool completely before removing from the pan and slicing.
