Philly Cheesesteak Dip – All the flavors of the classic sandwich in a hot, cheesy dip. Loaded with tender steak, peppers, onions, and melty provolone, it’s the perfect crowd-pleaser for game day or any party spread.
1loaf of breadcubed (your favorite kind; Italian, French, Baguette etc.)
Instructions
In a large pot heat olive oil over medium high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper. Add steak, onions, and bell pepper to the pan. Saute until the steak is cooked and the veggies are soft. Using a spatula you can break the pieces of meat apart if necessary.
2 Tablespoons olive oil, 3/4 pound skirt steak, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 cup onion, 1 bell pepper
Add milk to the pan and stir in the cream cheese until melted. Add provolone, and stir until everything is melted.
