Arrange the Fudge Stripe Cookies with the chocolate side facing up, on a board in front of you.

Pipe a circle, about the size of a peanut butter cup around the center of the cookie.

Place the peanut butter cup, upside down in the center of the frosting, pressing down gently so the frosting makes a nice rim around the cup.

Pick out an opposite color piece of candy, if using yellow frosting pick out the orange Reese's Pieces, and place on the edge to act as the buckle. If the frosting doesn't come up high enough, put a tiny bit of frosting on the candy to make it stick to the peanut butter cup.

Let the frosting set up about an hour before serving
