semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions
Heat milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
2 cups milk
Whisk in the pumpkin, pie spice, and brown sugar, whisk until smooth.
1/2 cup pumpkin puree,
2 Tablespoons brown sugar,
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Add chocolate, and heat until it is melted; about 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in vanilla extract.
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate,
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Once all the chocolate is melted, pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove any lumps.
Garnish with whipped cream or marshmallows to serve.
