Strawberry Brownies
Strawberry Brownies - a super simple, fun and easy dessert you can make in minutes. It starts with a box cake mix and turns into a rich and almost fudgy brownie!

Ingredients
- 15.25 oz Strawberry Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 whole large eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Vanilla Frosting (optional)
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar approximately
- 2 Tablespoons milk approximately
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Line an 8 or 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease and flour well.
- In a bowl mix together cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combine and smooth. Batter will be thick.15.25 oz Strawberry Cake Mix, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 2 whole large eggs
- Add white chocolate chips and mix until evenly incorporated.1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a tester comes out mostly clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- If making the frosting cream the butter until fluffy. Add vanilla, milk, and 1/2 of the powdered sugar. Continue adding powdered sugar to get to the right consistency. You might have to adjust the milk or powdered sugar to make it spreadable. Spread over the cooled bars1/2 cup butter, 2-3 cups powdered sugar, 2 Tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
