1 cup tomato,
2 Tablespoons onion,
1 Tablespoons lime juice,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro,
1/2 jalapeno
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, breaking up into small pieces. Add the taco seasoning and water called for on the package.
1 pound ground beef,
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Warm the flour tortillas in a towel, for about 20 seconds, or until they are pliable, easy to handle and don't crack.
6 taco sized flour tortillas
Fill the tortillas with cheese, meat, and some of the pico de gallo. Fold in the sides and roll up like a burrito.
2 cup Mexican shredded cheese blend,
3/4 cup Pico de Gallo
Wrap each Meximelt in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds each.
Remove and serve immediately.
