Taco Meatball
These Taco Meatballs are a Tex-Mex combo that is full of flavor, ready in minutes, cheesy, and can be served as dinner or an appetizer.

Ingredients

pound
ground turkey
1
packet
taco seasoning
(or homemade)

cup
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450º F.
In a bowl combine ground turkey, taco seasoning and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Scoop about 2 Tablespoons of the meat mixture and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake meatballs for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from oven and serve with guacamole or your favorite salsa.
