Peppermint Sandwich Cookies

Peppermint Sandwich Cookies

Today I am sharing my Homemade Oreo Sandwich Cookies with a creamy peppermint filling over at In Katrina’s Kitchen as part of her annual I’ll Bring The Cookies event!

A new cookie recipe every day in December- a virtual blogger cookie swap!

Who doesn’t love peppermint this time of year?  It is super easy to make your own homemade sandwich cookies, and then you can put whatever filling you want in them.  Trust me, I walk you thru the process – it is easy!

OXO has generously provided a great giveaway for the event, I hope you will enter.
