There are so many cute things you can do for Easter and turn just about anything into a bunny or a baby chick. Today we are making one of the easiest treats ever, with just a handful of easy to find ingredients without even turning on the oven. Plus they are just so darn adorable.

Why You’ll Love These Bunny Pretzels

  • Easy – these really are so easy. You have to cut M&M’s in half and melt some chocolate. Really things that literally everyone can do!
  • Fast – you do have to let the chocolate set up, but because there is no baking, these are so fast to actually make.
  • Cute – Holidays are always more fun when you have cute treats that match the holiday. And these are just so cute with their little faces.
  • Make Ahead – these last for a couple weeks, so you can make them a couple days before you need them and have them just waiting for you.

What You’ll Need

Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the post for the FULL PRINTABLE recipe card.

  • Pretzels – I used the square pretzel snaps, but you can use the traditional twists as well.
  • White Almond Bark
  • Easter M&M’s
  • Edible Marker – Wilton makes this and it is available in most craft stores, Walmart or Amazon.

How To Make Bunny Pretzels

  • Start by prepping your M&M’s. You will need 2 M&M’s (of the same color) for each bunny. Using a sharp knife cut 1 of them in half so you have the ears. Continue for as many pretzel bunnies as you are going to make.
  • Arrange the pretzels on a lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the almond bark until it is nice and smooth. Spoon about 1-2 teaspoon over each pretzel.
  • Place the full M&M’s in the bottom center of the white chocolate, then add the half pieces to make bunny ears.
  • Let the chocolate set up completely for 1-2 hours. Then use your marker to draw a face on each M&M’s.

Storage

These last for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container. You can even freeze them for up to 3 months. Just make sure the chocolate is completely solid before removing from the tray and placing them in an container together.
