Chocolate Sprinkle Cookies – chocolate cookies from cake mix are super easy to make! Just 3 ingredients to make these thick, chewy, and fudgy cookies. Coated in fun sprinkles for any occasion.
Cookies are the perfect thing to make for just about any event. Christmas? Obviously. But they are great for Valentine’s Day, birthdays, Tuesdays….you name it.
And cookies that just take 3 ingredients to make are even better. Red Velvet M&M Cookies were one of my first attempts at cake mix cookies. And I can’t stop now that I have started. They are just so darn easy to make!

Cake mix cookies obviously start with a cake mix. So you could kind of expect the cookies to turn out cakey, right? Wrong! They are super thick, chewy, and fudgy. And we all know that fudgy brownies are kind of my thing.
And you can mix them up any way you like. Use any flavor cake mix that you want. And mix in whatever you can think of. White cake mix with cherry chips? Go for it! These chocolate sprinkle cookies are just rolled in your favorite sprinkles before baking.

These chocolate cookies are a must for any chocolate lover. Decorate with your favorite sprinkles for whatever event you have going on. Use pink or blue for a baby shower. Pastel colors for Easter. Red, White, and Blue for Memorial Day or the 4th of July. The possibilities for these chocolate cookies are endless!
So the next time you have a craving for chocolate or for cookies, these cake mix cookies are what you should make. Ready in 25 minutes and you have a warm, gooey chocolate cookie! Just have a cake mix in the back of your pantry and you are set!

I’ve lived in (mainland) Europe for 10 years and as far as I know the holiday is only celebrated in Ireland, the US and Canada. But it makes sense that Irish people around the globe would celebrate it. Anyways, your cookies look delicious and festive 🙂
