Lemon Lasagna Dessert Recipe – Why not turn lasagna into dessert with layers of cookies, cream cheese, lemon pudding and whipped cream. A creamy and delicious no bake dessert.

A piece of cake on a plate, with Lemon and Cream layers

During the summer I like to turn on the oven as little as possible. But I still want desserts. That means no bake desserts to the rescue! Like No Bake Oreo Cheesecake. Perfect for chocolate lovers. Or you could try No Bake Kool-Aid Pie, you can change up the flavors a bunch of different ways.

I shared Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna a few weeks ago, and you guys fell in love. It quickly became one of the more popular recipes on the blog. So I thought why not try a lemon version! I am obsessed with all things lemon right now. Including this Lemon Ricotta Pound Cake.

I originally saw a Lemon Lasagna over at Lil’ Luna. I changed it a little, but it is definitely where the inspiration came from. How could you not be drawn in by all those delicious creamy layers.

For the crust of this no bake dessert I used vanilla flavored Oreo’s. I had to hide them for fear that my husband would get into them before I made this lemon lasagna dessert recipe. He isn’t a fan of chocolate, so normal Oreo’s are no worry, but the vanilla ones he loves.

The lemon lasagna dessert comes together quickly. You don’t have to use the oven or the stove, just mix and assemble. Ok, you do have to melt butter, but that is the only cooking involved. You can even take a shortcut and use cool whip if you don’t want to make homemade whipped cream. No one will know the difference!

If you have any lemon lovers in your life, or just want a light an creamy dessert try this lemon lasagna. It would be great for get togethers or just because!

I made the Lemon Lasagna for dessert last night. MUCH too sweet, so much so that we couldn’t eat it. Sorry, won’t be making it again.

Needs more tang, I will add a couple Tbsp lemon juice to the pudding mix next time – – it is too sweet otherwise.

  3. With the heat, I totally agree about not wanting to turn on the oven! Glad I don’t have to use it to make this yummy dessert!

This is amazing! I have two very picky eaters here and it was inhaled. So good. The only sad part was that we donโ€™t have lemon Oreos in Canada so golden it was. Thank you! May I share this link on Facebook?
