Air Fryer Pork Chops – make delicious, juicy, and tender pork chops in your air fryer in just 10 minutes! So simple and the perfect weeknight meal.

If you have visited this site before than you have probably heard my exclaim my love for all things pork. The amount of pork recipes on the blog is a little over the top, but we love it in just about any form!

Smothered Pork Chops are a total comfort food recipe that everyone needs. Smoked Pork Butt is a staple in our summer when the weather is nice. And Instant Pot Country Style Ribs are just so good, everyone should make them.

So now that I have discovered my love for the air fryer, making air fryer pork chops seemed like the next obvious choice. And I have to say they turned out even better than I ever hoped.

Why Air Fry Pork Chops?

I will admit, I was a skeptic when I decided to try this the first time. I absolutely LOVE my Sous Vide Pork Chops, so anything else seems like it would be a let down. Well, I was put in my place, because cooking them this way locks in all the juice and makes them delicious!

Most of the pork chops you get at the store are on the thinner side, so this is perfect for them. They cook in 10 minutes, at a high heat, so there isn’t time for them to dry out. The high heat sears the outside, and locks in the juices. I am honestly amazed, but the pork chops come out juicy every time!

To make this recipe I used a Cosori 5.8 Qt Air Fryer. It is big enough that you can fit plenty of food in, and the basket comes out so you can easily shake, stir, or flip whatever you are making.

How To Make Air Fryer Pork Chops

  1. Start by mixing together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder in a shallow bowl or plate.
  2. Brush the pork chops on both sides with the olive oil. This helps them stay juicy, and makes sure the seasoning sticks to them.
  3. Press the pork chops into the cheese mixture making sure they are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in your air fryer, making sure they aren’t over lapping or touching.
  5. Cook at 400º F for 10 minutes, flipping half way through. To ensure they are fully cooked, the meat should have an internal temperature of 145º F.
  6. Remove the pork chops and serve immediately.

How Long To Cook Pork Chops In Air Fryer

Pork chops in the air fryer only take 10 minutes. If you have thick cut or bone in, they will take longer. But for the classic boneless pork chops you find in the grocery store, 10 minutes is all you need!

How Do You Know When Pork Chops Are Done

Pork chops are fully cooked when the internal temperature is 145º F. Just insert a meat thermometer and once it is at that temperature, they are perfectly cooked and ready to eat. In the air fryer at 400º F it takes 10 minutes to cook them.

What To Serve With Pork Chops

If you are looking for a new way to make your boneless pork chops, the air fryer is it! These have a nice little Parmesan crust on that tastes amazing. And yet, these are so simple and dinner can be on the table in 15 minutes!
