Check your email ladies, so I can send you your prize.
For Secret Recipe Club this month I was assigned Quick and Easy, Cheap and Healthy. This site is full of so many great and healthy recipes, as well as shopping deals, coupon links, menu planning, and much more. She was actually assigned my blog one of the first months that I participated in SRC! Check out her take on my Cinnamon Roll Muffins. I had a couple recipes picked out including this Pizza, but as usual my sweet tooth won out.
The original recipe is made with Sunbutter, due to allergies. Fortunately, we do not have allergies here, so I just used peanut butter. These are a fun treat to have in the fridge or freezer. They melt quickly, so I kept them in the fridge. I currently have a few in the freezer to pull out in a chocolate emergency 🙂

Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

I had Anne’s blog back in February and chose the same recipe but changed them up also using peanut butter but also making them crunchy with nuts and Rice Krispies.
If you haven’t already, I’d love for you to check out my SRC entry: Chicken Satay Noodle Salad.

Great idea here and so easy, I love it Erin.
My sweet tooth would win too. I love that there is coconut oil and honey in this recipe. Nice find!
yes please…these look like a great little thing to put in my chocolate stash…right behind the fruit where no one ever looks!
Looks amazing! Healthy too. Cannot be beat. I’ll be making these ASAP. Thanks Erin!

These look fantastic and so fun to make them at home versus buying from the store! I too enjoy SRC – I still need to pick my selection for group C reveal in a couple weeks. Pinning now!
I would love to have these in stock in my freezer for those frequent chocolate/peanut butter cravings. Good excuse to make a big batch!
I’d make them but I’d probably attempt to eat all of them before they reached the fridge!
So glad you enjoyed these! I haven’t made them in a while; I really need to 🙂
If these are any bit of healthy…I’ll take 20! Thanks for the recipe.
