For Secret Recipe Club this month I was assigned Quick and Easy, Cheap and Healthy.  This site is full of so many great and healthy recipes, as well as shopping deals, coupon links, menu planning, and much more.  She was actually assigned my blog one of the first months that I participated in SRC!  Check out her take on my Cinnamon Roll Muffins.  I had a couple recipes picked out including this Pizza, but as usual my sweet tooth won out.

The original recipe is made with Sunbutter, due to allergies.  Fortunately, we do not have allergies here, so I just used peanut butter.  These are a fun treat to have in the fridge or freezer.  They melt quickly, so I kept them in the fridge.  I currently have a few in the freezer to pull out in a chocolate emergency 🙂

  1. Ha ha, glad I am not the only one who gets “chocolate emergencies”! These look fabulous!

  2. These look so tempting! And I love to use coconut oil as well! Any tips on getting involved with the Secret Recipe Club? I have signed up several times and have more than the necessary amount of recipes on my blog. Do they email you once you have been “accepted”? Thanks!

    1. I know they are full – I think there is a waiting list. I assume they will email you once you are accepted. I believe aside from having enough recipes, there is no other criteria to get in – just space 🙂

  3. Seriously this is outstanding. I would eat a ton of these. Which I guess defeats the purpose of healthy. Meh!

  4. How did I miss these?! They look and sound awesome. And of course I LOVE the ingredients! I’m always super enthusiastic when people post healthier versions of naughty desserts. Good job, you! 🙂

  5. Oh these would be such a hit at my house! Thank you for sharing. You just can’t go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate!
