As soon as the holidays are over, there is always so much food that needs to get eaten. Personally, there are only so many turkey sandwiches that I can eat. So I am all about turning it into something completely different.
The nice thing about turkey is how versatile it is. If you have a recipe that calls for cooked and shredded chicken, you can definitely just swap in leftover turkey and continue with the recipe.

These are all excellent ideas! I always do the boring ol’ turkey sandwich, but these are way better!
