Pumpkin Spice Hot Apple Cider

Hot apple cider that is mixed with a pumpkin spice syrup to make it extra delicious and perfect for fall. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of a cider for a special treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon all spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine everything in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and let cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. You want the mixture to become thick and syrupy.
- Store in fridge until ready to use.
- To make Apple Cider:
- In a large mug heat 3 Tbls of pumpkin spice syrup. Mix in hot apple cider. Top with whipped cream, and drizzle with additional syrup. Enjoy!

I love coffee, but I can understand. There are a few foods out there that I really want to like, and have tried in a bunch of different ways, but I just can’t get over their real flavor. This is a great idea to use apple cider with pumpkin. You are really getting all of the flavors of the season!
