2am Breakfast Burger – the infamous 2am Burger from Rock Bottom Brewery made at home. Topped with hash browns, bacon, and a fried egg. Best burger recipe ever!

Have you ever been to Rock Bottom Brewery? It is a National chain that has great burgers. We were there a couple of weeks ago for my son’s birthday and I spotted the 2am burger on the menu. I think 3 of the 5 people we were with were drooling over it. So I knew that I had to recreate it at home. Because who doesn’t want all their favorite breakfast foods piled high on a burger?!

- Ground Beef
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Hamburger Buns
- Bacon
- Hash Brown Patties
- Fried Eggs
- Cheddar Cheese
This epic burger is topped with hash browns, bacon, and a fried egg. It may be a little messy to eat, but totally worth it.
My husband has always been a huge fan of burgers with a fried egg on top. So I knew this would be a hit with him, but my 11 year old love it too. Definitely a full meal in one burger, but I went a head and served it with some onion rings on the side.
Because if you are going to do a copycat of a restaurant burger at home, you need to go all out. I have a feeling breakfast burgers are going to become a new weekly dinner request this summer. And you know what sauce would be amazing on these burgers, and to dip those rings in? Canes Sauce. So good with just about everything.
