Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops – make delicious, juicy, and tender boneless pork chops in your air fryer in just 10 minutes! So simple and the perfect weeknight meal.

Pork chops are one of those proteins that I stock up on whenever they are on sale. I will even buy the full pork loin at Costco and divide that up into boneless pork chops. You really can’t get much cheaper to feed a family!

Using the air fryer has become such a quick and easy way to get dinner on the table. It really is just a mini convection oven, but if you are familiar with those, you know how they can get things crispy while staying juicy.

The air fryer uses a high heat that it browns the outside, and locks the juices inside the pork chop. So you get something that is tender and juicy every time! The days of over cooked, dry pork chops are done!

Most of the pork chops you get at the store are on the thinner side, so this is perfect for them. They cook in 10 minutes, at a high heat, so there isn’t time for them to dry out. The high heat sears the outside, and locks in the juices. I am honestly amazed, but the pork chops come out juicy every time!

How To Make Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops

  • Make Coating. Start by mixing together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder in a shallow bowl or plate.
  • Coat Pork Chops. Brush the pork chops on both sides with the olive oil. This helps them stay juicy, and makes sure the seasoning sticks to them. Press the pork chops into the cheese mixture making sure they are evenly coated.
  • Cook. Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in your air fryer, making sure they aren’t over lapping or touching. Cook at 400º F for 10 minutes, flipping half way through. To ensure they are fully cooked, the meat should have an internal temperature of 145º F.
  • Serve. Remove the pork chops and serve immediately.
