These Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers are such a fun and easy no bake treat you can make any time of year! Decorate with sprinkles or colored chocolate for the holidays or any occasion.
I love an easy no bake treat that you can make in just minutes. They are such staple recipes to have in your back pocket when life gets busy, but you need make something. Even things like these Oreo Turkey Cookies can be done in about 15 minutes and will surely impress just about everyone!

Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers take regular graham crackers and just coat them in chocolate. You really can’t go wrong when you are covering something in chocolate!
Then you can get creative with how you decorate. I kept it very simple with a white chocolate drizzle over these. But you could use sprinkles, colored chocolate, candies etc. You can make them for Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, just about any reason you can color coordinate to make them fit.
Chocolate Covered Pretzels give you the sweet and salty version of this treat. But if you are a fan of graham crackers, trust me and give these a try!

- Decorations – you can use white chocolate, sprinkles, colored chocolate, candies etc.
How To Make Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
This no bake recipe is really more of instructions and could not be easier!
- Melt Chocolate – slowly melt your chocolate until it is completely melted and smooth.
- Dip. Add your graham cracker to the chocolate and use a fork to flip it over and ensure it is covered.
- Set up. Gently tap the fork on the side of the bowl to get rid of the excess chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet to set up.
- Decorate. Depending on what you are using you may need to immediately use sprinkles or candies if you want it to stick to the chocolate layer. If you are drizzling chocolate over, that can wait until you have completed all the crackers.
What Kind Of Chocolate To Use
For the chocolate I don’t like to use chocolate chips. They have stabilizers in them to keep their shape, so it is much harder to get a thin, smooth coating. I like to use the chocolate almond bark, or the chocolate melting disks. They melt really smooth, rather quickly, and stay smooth even after you have started dipping. Plus it sets up very quickly.
Recipe Tips & Tricks
- Melt the chocolate slowly. If you are using a microwave, use 50% power and stir often to ensure you don’t burn the chocolate. A double boiler works well, just make sure to stir often.
- Decorate quickly. If you are using sprinkles, make sure to sprinkle them on quickly. The chocolate set ups fast, and you want to make sure they stick.
- Get creative. You really can make these for any holiday or party, just use festive sprinkles, colored chocolate, candies etc. and they will be perfect!
- Use different chocolates. You really can dip your crackers in any chocolate you like. I used milk chocolate, but you can use white chocolate or dark chocolate as well. Whatever you like works great!
Storage
These chocolate covered graham crackers are great to make ahead. They last for 1-2 weeks in an airtight container stored at room temperature. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. Just let them sit out for a little bit to thaw before serving.
