Christmas Lasagna Dessert Recipe

Christmas Lasagna Dessert Recipe – a creamy layered festive dessert that will impress at all your holiday get togethers.

This summer I made a Lemon lasagna dessert recipe that everyone loved. It quickly became one of the more popular recipes on my site. So today we are doing a Christmas version!

Creamy layers of peppermint and white chocolate pudding, topped with whipped cream and M&M’s is an easy no bake recipe that you can even make ahead of time.

There are kind of a lot of different ways you could go with this dessert lasagna.  I wanted it to be easy and no bake, so I used Golden Oreo’s for the crust.  But you could make a red velvet brownie or even cookies that you turned into the crust if you wanted the base to be red.

Instead of a red base, I decided to just color the different layers using red and green food coloring.  This Christmas Lasagna has a layer of white chocolate pudding with some whip cream folded into it, to make it a little thicker and creamier.

The green layer is just a layer of vanilla pudding with peppermint extract added to it.  Then whipped cream folded into it so it is nice and creamy. Super simple!  Then top it off with even more whipped cream for a layer of white.  I sprinkled with mini red and green M&M’s, but you could do festive sprinkles if that is what you had.

I am all about peppermint with Christmas desserts, so it kind of was necessary to be added to this. This Peppermint Chocolate Cheesecake is kind of proof.

I have the recipe written using homemade whipped cream.  It is super simple – just whip heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla together until it is nice and thick. But you could use cool whip if you wanted to make it even easier!!

Christmas seems to be all about the cookies.  And don’t get me wrong I love the cookies. Peanut Butter Cup Blossom Cookies are my favorite. But I think that this dessert lasagna should have a place too!  Plus the layers are so pretty, everyone will be impressed!

So whether you are having friends over for dinner, a full blown Christmas celebration or just want something different to serve your family for dessert; this Christmas Lasagna dessert recipe is it!

We are excited to try this recipe for Christmas this year! If you were going to use coolwhip, how much would you add to each layer?

I would use the 8 oz container for each layer. Enjoy!
