This EASY mixed berry Smoothie Bowl is a go-to for busy mornings. Very easy to customize the toppings or change up the fruit to use what you have.
Smoothies are a favorite for a lot of people for breakfast. It can be a Mixed Berry Smoothie a Mango Smoothie or any other fruit combo that you like! This Kiwi Spinach Smoothie has been a big favorite in this house for years.
Want to know a secret? You can turn just about any smoothie that you make into a smoothie bowl! Shhhhh, don’t tell anyone though. The beauty of a bowl is you can go crazy with the toppings. Add crunch with granola, add more fruit, shredded coconut, or drizzle with nut butter. It is such a great way to make a smoothie more like “eating food” that just drinking your meals.
And let’s be honest, adding fun toppings just makes me want to eat it more.

- Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
- Process until smooth. You may need to add more milk to get your desired consistency. This can be thicker than a traditional smoothie since you are eating with a spoon.

- These are best when served immediately. You can store them in the fridge if you have leftovers, but they will get runny and the texture will change.
- Get creative – make this what YOU like. If you don’t like banana don’t use it. You can add avocado or just more yogurt. Add honey if you like it sweeter. So many options, you can make it differently every morning of the week.
- If your smoothie bowl is too thick you can add more milk. Scrape down the side of your blender, and if the mixture is too thick to blend smooth add a little more liquid.
- If you are one who counts macros, add protein powder to this to make it even more macro friendly.

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the jar of a blender.
- Process until smoothie and well blended.
- Scrape down the sides and add more milk if necessary to get a good consistency.
