Beef Burrito Skillet – Mix up your taco night with this one pan meal that tastes like a beef burrito in a pan! Top with your favorite taco toppings!
Mexican food just might be my favorite type of food. That really should not come as a surprise to anyone who has visited here before. I did a round up of some of my favorite Mexican Recipes from Dinners, Dishes, and Desserts. There was 25 on that list, and I have shared at least one Mexican flavored recipe since then; Southwest Baked Chicken.
Considering some of my most popular recipes on the blog are Mexican food – like Mexican Rice Skillet, I am pretty sure you guys agree with me. So hopefully you will like this Beef Burrito Skillet as much as I do. It will take your taco night to a whole new level, and might be even easier!
This skillet recipe combines 2 of my favorite loves; Mexican food and dinner in one pan. Plus it is ready in 20 minutes. It is my dinner dream come true. After working all day, even though I work from home, I hate spending a long time in the kitchen making dinner. I just want to relax, eat, and maybe watch some TV.
Beef Burrito Skillet is ready so fast, you will barely have time to get the table set and everyone around the table. All you have to do is make taco meat and add some corn, salsa, and tortillas. The tortillas soften with the salsa and the taco meat, and get extra delicious.
