This super easy Everything Bagel Dip is just 3 ingredients, ready in about 5 minutes and you can serve immediately! A great appetizer or snack for any occasion.

Everything bagels are probably my favorite flavor. There I love the Everything But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joes and it is great on eggs and so many other things. And now you can make a homemade version of their dip as well, in just 5 minutes!

Seriously, this is just 3 ingredients that you can mix together in 5 minutes and be dipping to your hearts content. I used cream cheese, sour cream, and the everything seasoning. But you could swap Greek yogurt or even cottage cheese for the sour cream if you wanted more protein.

And you can dip just about anything; vegetables, crackers, chips….you name it. It is great for parties or just to have in the fridge when you need a snack.

What You’ll Need

Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the post for the FULL PRINTABLE recipe card.

  • Cream Cheese – I use full fat cream cheese when making dips so they are thick and creamy.
  • Sour Cream – I always use light sour cream, but you can use full fat here as well.
  • Everything Seasoning – I like the Trader Joes brand, but you can make your own or pretty much every grocery store and spice brand has their own version these days.

How To Make Everything Bagel Dip

This really couldn’t be easier to make. It is up to you if you want to make it easier by using a mixer to cream everything together or just a spoon. Be sure to scroll to the full printable recipe card below for the amounts.

  • Cream together cream cheese and sour cream until nice and smooth.
  • Add in the everything seasoning and mix until evenly combined.

Recipe Tips & Tricks

  • This can be served immediately. It isn’t one of those that has to sit for a couple hours for the flavors to come together, you really can mix it up and serve right away.
  • I used sour cream with the cream cheese to balance the flavor and to make it creamier and not super thick. But you really can use all cream cheese that you whip with a mixer if you like. You can use Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese (I like to blend it smooth) in place of the sour cream as well.
  • Most stores sell their own version of Everything Seasoning these days, if you aren’t near a Trader Joes, don’t worry you can find it in your normal grocery store.
  • Get creative with your dippers. You can also use as a spread in a wrap or a sandwich. It is super versatile and it will disappear quickly.

How To Serve Everything Bagel Dip

As the name suggests it is a dip, so you can serve with whatever your favorite dippers are.

  • Baby Carrots
  • Bell Peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Pita Chips
  • Crostini
  • Crackers

But it is also great to spread in a wrap or on a sandwich for more flavor. Use it in place of the mayo on a Turkey Club or do a twist on Chicken Salad and use some of this for the mayo called for.

Storage

Store the dip in an airtight container for up to a week. Because of the cream cheese and sour cream, this isn’t something that you can freeze. But you can definitely make it the day before and have it waiting for you.
