- Eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- Sausage Patties
- English Muffins
- Sliced Cheese

How To Make Sausage Breakfast Sandwiches
- Make Eggs. Beat eggs with salt and pepper until really well beaten. Pour into a pan and bake until the eggs are cooked. Remove from the oven and slice into squares.
- Sausage. While the eggs are cooking prepare your sausage patties. If you are using fully cooked sausage and just making these for the freezer, you do not need to do anything. But if you are enjoying right away or your sausage is not cooked, you will want to brown and heat it through.
- Assemble. Arrange your toasted English muffins in front of you. Top each one with a slice of cheese, a square of cooked egg and a sausage patty. Place to top of the English muffin on.
- Store. If you want to enjoy immediately, just make sure everything is hot when you assemble them and serve. Otherwise wrap each sandwich with a small piece of paper towel, and store in an airtight container. this helps to absorb any moisture when reheating and make sure things don’t get soggy.

Recipe Tips & Suggestions
- Paper Towel. You wrap the sandwich in paper towel because it helps to absorb any moisture when reheating and make sure things don’t get soggy.
- Cheese. Use whatever your favorite cheese is. Alternatively you could add shredded cheese to your eggs and skipped the sliced cheese to make things a little easier.
- Other Meats. You really can use this process with whatever your favorite protein is. Crispy bacon, leftover ham or Canadian bacon would make for great breakfast sandwiches.
- Make Ahead. The recipe as written makes enough for 8 sandwiches. You can adjust the number of eggs used to make as many or as few sandwiches as you need. These will last in the freezer for up to 6 months. So they are great to make ahead for busy mornings.
