Jalapeno Artichoke Dip – Copycat version of a Costco favorite. Creamy, a little spicy, and delicious. Great served warm or cold.
This dip has been around at Costco for years, and it is always a favorite whenever it is served to guests. And making it at home is so easy! It takes about 5 minutes, and you can make it as spicy or mild as you like.
Dips like this Bacon Cheeseburger Dip are my go-to whenever I need to make something for a party, and this jalapeno artichoke dip is devoured every time.

If you don’t live near a Costco or can’t walk in without spending obscene amounts of money, this is perfect for you to make at home. And even if you do live near one, this is cheaper to make at home and even better when you can use the quality ingredients you trust and really know what is in there.
What’s In Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the post for the FULL PRINTABLE recipe card.
- Artichoke Hearts – I use a jar that is packed in oil that I drain and chop
- Cream Cheese
- Mayo
- Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Jalapeno – you can control the heat by removing the seeds and rib of the jalapeno for a more mild flavor.

How To Make Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
- Measure. Add all of your ingredients into your food processor. If you artichoke hearts are large, you can roughly chop them first.
- Puree. Then process until it is smooth.
- Serve. Pour the dip into a serving bowl and serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
Seriously that is it! This dip could not be faster or easy to make. It is great served warm or cold, that is entirely up to you!
To serve warm, you can place in a small crock pot on low for a couple hours before a party or place in an oven safe dish and heat for 15-20 minutes at 350º F until it is bubbly and hot.

What To Serve With Artichoke Dip
Really whatever your favorite dipper is, works great with this. And you can adjust the heat level easily with how much jalapeno you use. So if you like it spicy add more!
- Pita Chips
- Tortilla Chips
- Crackers
- Veggies
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to a week.

The second artichoke post I have seen today. The world is trying to tell me to make this…and eat it all…..
You know how to make me hungry. I love dip!! I can easily make this dinner.
I just had a dip like this from the grocery store. Thanks for the recipe. I will make this very soon.
Thank you, Erin – My mother-in-law buys this often and I am addicted to it! I never make the trek down to Costco so I only have this at her house (and the leftovers she sends me home with).
I am going to make add it to our graduation celebration. Perfect timing!!
I LOVE this dip and use it all the time instead of Mayo. Great for dieting…for example:
For Tuna Salad: 1 can solid white Albacore Tuna (drain water) mixed with 1/4 C dip only equals: 2 Carbs, 230 Cal, 22g Protein,15g fat. (you can add onion & celery if you want)
or for Deviled Eggs: for every 2 eggs (4 halves), mix 1 Tbs dip into the yolk, salt & pepper the white halves, stuff. only equals: 2.1 Carbs, 234 Cal, 15.5g Protein, 1.1g sugar, 17.6g fat.
Yum! What a fun spin on artichoke dip. This sounds so delicious!
Love this dip SO much – it’s usually gone in a matter of an hour or so. I’ve by far made this more than any other recipe and always get rave reviews. I want to buy a food processor to cut down the prep time. What size do you have that accommodates this recipe? Trying to get away with as small a size as possible! Thanks!! 🙂
I would recommend a 7-8 cup; similar to this one http://amzn.to/2wkXsRi I have larger, but if space is an issue I think this one is pretty compact. So glad you like the recipe!
This is my kind of dip. Love the addition of jalapenos to this dip.
Just pass me a spoon! This artichoke dip is phenomenal!
Pinning this for the kickoff to football season, if not before then!
