Are there certain ingredients that you always have in your house? No matter what, we always have Ranch Dressing in my fridge. Often times you can find a bottle or two in the pantry as well, just in case. Since my son was about 18 months, he has had a thing for ranch. He has always loved it with chicken nuggets, hamburgers, quesadillas, sometimes french fries, and many other things. I learned early on that he (and my husband) are also very picky about the type of ranch they like too. So much so, that my son will not always eat the ranch that is at restaurants, if it isn’t the “right” kind.
Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch. I think just the thought of those three ingredients together, makes your mouth water! There are a lot of great flavor combinations out there, and this is one of them. You can have it is a lot of different forms, but this pizza has to be one of the better ways to enjoy it. I mean, it is pizza; that kind of says it all right there. One of our favorite pizza places has a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Pizza that my guys love, so I decided to try it out at home!
I used Hidden Valley Ranch to make pizza creamy and have tons of great flavor. This pizza came together quickly, and was great for a weeknight dinner. You need about a cup of chicken, so it is great dinner to make when you have leftovers on hand too. I used a garlic oil for the “sauce”, but spreading an additional layer of Ranch dressing would be a good idea too. As soon as the pizza came out of the oven I sprinkled with fresh diced tomatoes and green onions and squeezed on a swirl of ranch. The contrast from the hot pizza, and the cold veggies and creamy dressing is perfect. My 8 year old was so excited, he even ate the green onions (he picks off just about anything green).

If you do not have garlic oil, spread a thin layer of Ranch Dressing over the crust as the "sauce".
