Cranberry Vodka Spritzer – this fun and festive cocktail is made with cranberry juice, vodka, sparkling water and a splash of ginger beer for a delicious twist!

If you have ever been here before you know that I love a good cocktail. The Drink Recipe section of this site covers pretty much everything. And with the holiday season in full swing, fun and festive cocktails are a must! Even if you are just at home with your own family, you should make it fun!

A vodka cranberry is a traditional drink that everyone knows. It has been around forever and it is a go-to for many people. But there are so many ways to mix it up and make it even better. Which is what we are doing today.

I am using Signature SELECT™ Soleil Water Sparkling W/Caffeine Lime and Signature Select Ginger Beer from Safeway, to make the classic cocktail not only fizzy, but give it a little kick from the ginger beer.

Albertsons Companies’ OWN Brands recently won 20 ‘Best New Product Awards’ from Store Brands publication! Store Brands’ editors cull through hundreds of product entries every year and recognize top food & beverage and non-food items that stand out in various categories.

I love that Safeway’s store brands are rated so highly, because they are what I often grab when I am shopping. I know I can trust them, plus they save me money, which is always a good thing.

What’s In A Vodka Spritzer

How To Make Cranberry Vodka Spritzer

  1. Start by mixing together cranberry juice and vodka. If you are making for a crowd you can do this in a pitcher and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
  2. When you are ready to serve, stir in the sparkling water.
  3. Top with just a splash of ginger beer. If you like the kick from the ginger beer you can add more.

Make sure to have plenty of ice on hand, because you want to make sure this is extra cold! It is a refreshing drink that is really good all year round. The ginger beer gives it that little something extra that you are going to love.

Can I Make This Non-Alcoholic

Yes, you definitely can. The great thing about vodka cocktails is vodka doesn’t really have much of a taste. So when you take it out of a recipe it tastes almost the same as it did with!

So to make this a mocktail for the whole family to enjoy just eliminate the vodka and you are set!

Shop Safeway store’s award-winning exclusive brands like Signature SELECT™, Open Nature® and O Organics® in store or online

I shopped at Safeway in my local area, but you can also find Signature Select drink mixers exclusively at the Albertsons Companies family of stores, including Albertsons, Safeway, ACME Markets, Jewel-Osco, Vons, Randalls, Shaw’s Supermarket, Star Market, Tom Thumb, and Online.
