French Toast Muffins – Muffins with maple syrup and a hint of cinnamon, taste just like french toast. Top with powdered sugar and maple syrup for a true French Toast experience!
Muffins are such a great breakfast to have on hand for busy mornings or to feed a crowd. You can make them in a million different flavors and everyone loves them. I mean, it is basically eating cake for breakfast right?!
We are big fans of Sourdough French Toast at our house, but that takes a lot of planning and actually cooking it right when you want to make it. But with these muffins you can have them in the freezer and just take out what you want!
