Caramel Pecan Pumpkin Pull Apart Bread – a simple and delicious dessert for fall that is loaded with pumpkin, chopped pecans and gooey caramel!

This is one of those super simple recipes to make, but the end result is something over the top amazing. I mean just look at it! Those layers make it look like it was time consuming and took some work to make. Whether you let people know it was super easy is up to you!

What’s In Pumpkin Pull Apart Bread

  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Caramel
  • Pecans
  • Biscuit Dough

How to Make Pumpkin Pull Apart Bread

  1. Start by popping the tube of biscuit dough, and separating into 8 pieces. From there, divide each biscuit horizontally into 2 pieces. And gently roll to flatten.
  2. In a bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  3. Take about 1-2 Tablespoons of pumpkin mixture and spread it over the top over of each of the 16 biscuit pieces.
  4. Drizzle the caramel over the top of each biscuit.
  5. Finally sprinkle pecans over them as well.
  6. Now comes the stacking. Stack the biscuits in piles of 4 pieces high. So you have 4 piles. Then carefully place each stack horizontally into a well greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake until golden and the biscuits have puffed up.
  8. To serve drizzle with more caramel and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Caramel Pecan Pumpkin Pull Apart Bread – a simple and delicious dessert for fall that is loaded with pumpkin, chopped pecans and gooey caramel!

Ingredients 

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease a loaf pan well, set aside.
  • Start by popping the tube of biscuit dough, and separating into 8 pieces. From there, divide each biscuit horizontally into 2 pieces. And gently roll to flatten.
  • In a bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  • Take about 1-2 Tablespoons of pumpkin mixture and spread it over the top over of each of the 16 biscuit pieces.
  • Drizzle ¼ cup of the caramel over the top of each biscuit.
  • Finally sprinkle ½ cup chopped pecans over them as well.
  • Stack the biscuits in piles of 4 pieces high. So you have 4 piles. Then carefully place each stack horizontally into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then cover with foil and bake for 15 more minutes. The biscuits will have puffed up and be golden.
  • Remove from oven and let cook for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  • To serve drizzle with the remaining caramel and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

  1. Holy yum, the smell alone in my kitchen as this was baking was enough to win me over but then one bite and I was SOLD!

  2. After scrolling through the post on both a laptop and phone, I am not able to find the link to click to get the recipe. I clicked on each picture and that didn’t work and I don’t see a highlighted link anywhere. I’m new to your site but probably won’t stay and search for other things if I have to hunt around and click on other sites just to find the recipes. 🙁
