Jalapeno Artichoke Dip – Copycat version of a Costco favorite. Creamy, a little spicy, and delicious. Great served warm or cold.
This dip has been around at Costco for years, and it is always a favorite whenever it is served to guests. And making it at home is so easy! It takes about 5 minutes, and you can make it as spicy or mild as you like.
Dips like this Bacon Cheeseburger Dip are my go-to whenever I need to make something for a party, and this jalapeno artichoke dip is devoured every time.

If you don’t live near a Costco or can’t walk in without spending obscene amounts of money, this is perfect for you to make at home. And even if you do live near one, this is cheaper to make at home and even better when you can use the quality ingredients you trust and really know what is in there.
What’s In Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the post for the FULL PRINTABLE recipe card.
- Artichoke Hearts – I use a jar that is packed in oil that I drain and chop
- Cream Cheese
- Mayo
- Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Jalapeno – you can control the heat by removing the seeds and rib of the jalapeno for a more mild flavor.

How To Make Jalapeno Artichoke Dip
- Measure. Add all of your ingredients into your food processor. If you artichoke hearts are large, you can roughly chop them first.
- Puree. Then process until it is smooth.
- Serve. Pour the dip into a serving bowl and serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
Seriously that is it! This dip could not be faster or easy to make. It is great served warm or cold, that is entirely up to you!
To serve warm, you can place in a small crock pot on low for a couple hours before a party or place in an oven safe dish and heat for 15-20 minutes at 350º F until it is bubbly and hot.

What To Serve With Artichoke Dip
Really whatever your favorite dipper is, works great with this. And you can adjust the heat level easily with how much jalapeno you use. So if you like it spicy add more!
- Pita Chips
- Tortilla Chips
- Crackers
- Veggies
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to a week.

I love this dip! It’s one of my favorite things to get at Costco. So glad I can make it at home now!
Loving the combination of flavors here, my friend! That kick from the jalapenos takes it over the top!!
All the flavors I love in one dip. Sounds amazingly delicious!
Such an awesome recipe for any occasion! Was a complete hit for the 4th of July! Delish!
The dip at Costco has Monterrey Jack cheese in it, not Parmesan. Figured I would throw that out there for anyone looking for the actual flavor of the dip from Costco!
This recipe was delicious and super easy! I had to pry myself away or I would’ve eaten the whole thing! Per someone else’s comment and because my grocery store subbed all my cheese for monterey jack yesterday, I used 1/3 cup parmesan and 1/3 cup monterey jack. I also prefer my artichoke’s chunkier so I pulsed everything together and then just diced and threw in the artichoke at the end instead of pulsing them through the food processor. Will definitely be a repeat recipe!
Excellent recipe. You should add the time required to read this lengthy dissertation to the prep time.
The Jump to Recipe button at the top takes you right to the recipe, so you don’t have to read anything!
Perhaps Leif struggles with reading, this is one of the least verbose recipes I have seen. I feel sorry for them if it took more than 10 minutes to read the whole 1 paragraph lead-in and do the prep. Imagine knowing how to spell and use dissertation in a sentence but not knowing what it actually means.
I can see this being a huge hit at the next party we have, this is right up my alley!
Super delicious with a nice kick of heat! Made for a great snack
These are my husband’s favorite flavors! He will love this dip!
